General tips:
Measure yourself wearing tin T shirt or tight pant, not over your outer clothes or thick clothes. Stand straight and keep both feet on the floor Allow someone else to measure you if possible Make sure the tape measure is flat, level and leaves some tolerance about 2 fingers.
Outer Seam length:
Measure from the waist point down to ankle of the foot.
Inseam length:
Measure from the pubic symphysis ( Please refer to the picture) down to ankle of the foot.
Waist:
Measure around your natural waist.( please see picture)
Hips:
Standing with your feet together measure around the fullest point of your hips at the top to your legs. This will be about 8-9 inches (for little kid may less or Mid age lady may take 1-2 inches more ) below your natural waist.
